Mandated to manage the financial portfolio of the group, ranging from capital markets to private equity and other important strategic investments, Antoine has over 13 years of investment experience, including in technology-related ventures and other sectors. Prior to EIIC, Antoine worked with Bank Audi and Investcom in the MENA and in the VC industry in the US, Silicon Valley. Antoine holds an MBA from INSEAD, a MSc in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.Eng from McGill University.

Dr. Shammah's mandate is to develop Bloom into a leading developer of integrated property and lifestyle solutions provider within communities in Abu Dhabi and beyond. He has more than 20 years of experience in New York, London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi with companies such as ABN-Amro and Noor Capital. Dr. Shammah holds a Ph.D. in Economics, an L.L.M. in Law and Finance from Columbia University in New York, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the American University of Beirut.

As CEO of Exeed Industries, Dr. Khayyat brings almost 30 years of experience including senior management positions in local and international companies such as Emaar Industries and Investments, Dubai Investments Park, Arab Mining Co., and Unilever Bros. He has also served on several companies’ boards over the last 20 years, and has several published works to his credit. Dr. Khayyat holds a Ph.D. and a Bachelor’s degree (Honor) in chemical engineering from the University of Aston in England.

Dr. Al-Saadi has over 32 years experience in the upstream, legal and economic areas of the oil and gas industry. Previously, he worked with RAK Petroleum and has held several positions within the Ministry of Oil in Iraq. He has also chaired the boards of a number of oil exploration and oil products distribution companies in the Middle East. Dr. Al-Saadi holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Geology from the University of Wales in the UK, and a Bachelor's in Geology from the University of Baghdad in Iraq.

Shalabi possesses over 25 years of experience including senior executive positions with companies such as Spinneys and Inchape Marketing Services in the Middle East. He has received numerous recognitions including the 'Chief Executive Award' for Outstanding Customer Service and the 'Panther Award' for his leadership skills on an Asset Management Initiative. Shalabi holds an MBA from Concordia University in Canada, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the American College of Greece in Athens.

A seasoned business development professional, Dr. Nassar has over 10 years of experience in developing businesses with FMCG and investment firms in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Dr. Nassar holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in business administration from Newport University in the USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Lebanese American University in Beirut.
