A professional legal consultant, Dr. Al-Kadomi has over 17 years of experience as consultant in the GCC and MENA regions. He has worked with Coca-Cola, Arab Insurance and the Jordan Gulf Bank, responsible for commercial operations, mergers and acquisitions, drafting laws, policies and agreements. Dr. Al-Kadomi holds a Ph.D. in e-Banking from Amman Arab University, a Master’s in Civil Procedures Law and a Bachelor’s in General Laws.

As Director of the Executive Office, Dakkak is a driving force behind the organization’s strategy. He comes with over eight years of experience in corporate banking, trade finance and risk management, gained primarily during his managerial tenure with Arab Bank. Dakkak holds a Master's degree in International Banking from Loughborough University in the UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Jordan.

Mandated with group IT responsibilities, Abu-Hassan brings with him over 20 years of rich experience in formulating turnkey ERP and BPR solutions and in heading IT departments of companies such as PepsiCo International and Sama Airlines. Abu-Hassan holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering Management from the University of Jordan, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Sfeir is responsible for the strategic planning and business development of the group. He has over nine years of management consulting experience in a number of sectors ranging from Information and Communications Technology to public sector and financial services with companies such as Booz & Co. Sfeir holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore, and a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
