Advising the shareholders on the businesses of the Group, Ragheed brings with him over 20 years of experience in commercial and investment banking gained with Citicorp, Sumitomo, Merrill lynch and ABN AMRO delivering structured and corporate finance and capital markets solutions to clients across North and South America, Central and East Europe and MEA. Ragheed holds an MBA-Finance and MS-Construction Management from the University of Texas at Austin and a BSc Honors-Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK.

Fareed Bilbeisi is National Holding’s Group CFO reporting directly to the National Holding Vice Chairman. Fareed assumes responsibility for all Finance, Planning, IT, Human Recourses, Marketing & Communications and Procurement activities across the Group. In additional to his role at the Group level, Fareed takes an active role in various Boards of Directors and Executive Committees across the Group. Fareed brings over 16 years of high-level, hands-on finance experience. Prior to joining National Holding, Fareed worked as Group Chief Financial Officer at Emaar Industries & Investments and Vice President Finance at Kingdom Hotel Investments where he developed extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing, emerging markets development, real estate management & sales, hospitality, investment management and business leadership. Fareed Holds an MBA and CPA from the USA after his Bachelors graduation in Accounting from Jordan.

Dr. Abdelkareem has over 17 years of legal experience gained in consulting in the GCC and MENA working with various clients including Coca-Cola, Arab Insurance and Jordan Gulf Bank, where he took responsibility for the legal aspects of the commercial operations, mergers and acquisitions, drafting laws, policies and agreements. Dr. Abdelkareem holds a Ph.D. in e-Banking from Amman Arab University, a Master’s in Civil Procedures Law and a Bachelor’s in General Law from the University of Jordan.

David, responsible for the Group’s Enterprise Risk including operational, market, credit, strategic and reputational, has previously served as SVP-Risk Management at Riyad Bank and Director of Financial Risk Management at KPMG, Australia. David, a CPA, brings with him broad industry experiences in the areas of IT, Treasury, Risk, Law, Finance, Banking and Financial Accounting standards. David has a Master’s of Business in Finance and Economics from Curtin University of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from Murdoch University, Australia.

Overseeing the Group’s private equity activities, Robert has over 20 years of private equity and leveraged buy-out experience in a variety of sectors across North America, Europe and MENA. Previously, Robert served as the Executive Director for Private Equity at Invest AD in Abu Dhabi and as a Managing Director of Castle Harlan in New York. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, USA.

Dr. Hilmi Rifai is National Holding’s Group Chief Information Officer, bringing to the group an extensive experience overarching 15 years. Managing the Information System across all entities of the holding, Dr. Rifai’s mandate includes IT strategy, budgeting, risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity, in addition to security, infrastructure and projects. Prior to joining National Holding, Dr. Rifai was Executive Director at Group IT of Dubai Holding, General Manager of an e-Services company owned by Dubai Civil Aviation’s e-services company, Regional Delivery Manager at Computer Associates, in addition to being one of the leading consultants at Accenture, in both their Dubai and Paris offices. Dr. Hilmi is PhD holder in Signal and Image Processing from France Telecom / Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST), Paris, an Honorary MasterHolder in Signal, Image and Speech Processing from Institut Nationale Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG), Grenoble, France, as well as being an Electricty and Electronics Engineering, with High Honors from the Lebanese University in Lebanon.
