Advising the shareholders on the businesses of the Group, Ragheed brings with him over 20 years of experience in commercial and investment banking gained with Citicorp, Sumitomo, Merrill lynch and ABN AMRO delivering structured and corporate finance and capital markets solutions to clients across North and South America, Central and East Europe and MEA. Ragheed holds an MBA-Finance and MS-Construction Management from the University of Texas at Austin and a BSc Honors-Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK.

Driving operational efficiencies across the Group, Maurice brings with him over 23 years of industrial and management experiences with global blue-chip organizations such as Olayan Investment Company, United Technologies Corporation, Knoll and, most recently, W.R. Grace where he was Vice President and Managing Director of Grace Middle East. Maurice holds an MBA and BSc Engineering from Syracuse University, USA.

Dr. Abdelkareem has over 17 years of legal experience gained in consulting in the GCC and MENA working with various clients including Coca-Cola, Arab Insurance and Jordan Gulf Bank, where he took responsibility for the legal aspects of the commercial operations, mergers and acquisitions, drafting laws, policies and agreements. Dr. Abdelkareem holds a Ph.D. in e-Banking from Amman Arab University, a Master’s in Civil Procedures Law and a Bachelor’s in General Law from the University of Jordan.

David, responsible for the Group’s Enterprise Risk including operational, market, credit, strategic and reputational, has previously served as SVP-Risk Management at Riyad Bank and Director of Financial Risk Management at KPMG, Australia. David, a CPA, brings with him broad industry experiences in the areas of IT, Treasury, Risk, Law, Finance, Banking and Financial Accounting standards. David has a Master’s of Business in Finance and Economics from Curtin University of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from Murdoch University, Australia.

Overseeing the Group’s private equity activities, Robert has over 20 years of private equity and leveraged buy-out experience in a variety of sectors across North America, Europe and MENA. Previously, Robert served as the Executive Director for Private Equity at Invest AD in Abu Dhabi and as a Managing Director of Castle Harlan in New York. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, USA.

Clive is charged with the development and implementation of the HR strategy across the Group. Previously, Clive held senior HR management positions at organizations including Commercial Bank of Dubai and Ezz Industries, Egypt building upon 6 years’ experience with Hay Group Management Consultants and an early career in the FMCG sector with PepsiCo. Clive holds a BSc in Biotechnology from the University of Wolverhampton, UK.

Mandated with running the Group’s IT environment, Muhannad brings with him over 20 years of experience in formulating turnkey ERP and BPR solutions and heading IT departments of companies such as PepsiCo International and Sama Airlines. Muhannad holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering Management from the University of Jordan, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Ramy is responsible for the strategic planning and business development of the Group. He has over 9 years of management consulting experience in a number of sectors ranging from Information and Communications Technology to public sector and financial services with companies such as Booz & Co. Ramy holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.

As Director of the Executive Office, Irfan is charged with coordinating communication between the NH Board and the Executive Management Team. He comes with over 8 years of experience in corporate banking, trade finance and risk management gained primarily during his managerial tenure with Arab Bank. Irfan holds a Master's degree in International Banking from Loughborough University in the UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Jordan.
