We emphasize the importance of transparency and accountability in our management procedures and strongly support individuals’ rights to report cases of fraud or unethical behavior.

Our Code of Conduct provides clear guidance on how we interact with each other, our suppliers, and our customers. If you see or hear something that doesn’t seem right to you, it is essential to express your concerns with confidence and assurance by contacting the “SAWTAK” hotline.

Every communication received by the company through the “SAWTAK” hotline, which is managed by a specialized and independent company, will be carefully reviewed by the Ethics and Integrity Committee of the National Holding Group. It’s crucial to note that individuals reporting concerns regarding fraud or unethical behavior have the option to remain completely anonymous and not disclose their identities at any time. Utmost attention is given to maintaining this choice and ensuring strict confidentiality in all cases
