Exeed Precast is the largest subsidiary of Exeed Industries, and one of the largest precast production facilities in the region. Exeed Precast manufactures and installs high quality Precast Concrete products and GRC products for a wide range of project types including residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, infrastructural, bridges and oil & gas projects.

Exeed Aswar is one of the leading suppliers of customized and decorative precast concrete products in the UAE. With a long history in the industry, specializing in customized decorative precast products, boundary wall, and fences in custom shapes and sizes.

Exeed Litecrete is a leading manufacturer of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) lightweight ‘green building’ products in the region. Products are available in the form of block, wall panels, lintels, in a range of densities.

Exeed Premium Dry Mortar’s fully automated facility is able to design and manufacture high quality Mortars, Plasters, Screeds and Adhesives for the UAE and wider GCC markets.

Emirates Filament Factory is one of the leading producers of polypropylene multifilament yarn in UAE, which manufactures and delivers polypropylene multifilament yarn and protective face masks to the UAE, GCC and further international markets.

Exeed Geotextile is one of the leading manufacturers of Polypropylene and Polyester needle punched nonwoven Geotextiles and Polypropylene Staple Fibers in the UAE. It supplies geotextiles to the infrastructure sector in the UAE and exports Staple Fibers to the US & Southeast Asia.

Based in Jordan, Exeed Electronics is the first of its kind Home Appliances full-fledged manufacturing complex in the MENA Region. The factories are equipped with the latest technologies and innovations in household appliances. The complex includes factories specializing in manufacturing Washing Machines; Refrigerators; Air Conditioners, Cookers, BBQs, and many other Household appliances. The factory is able to produce CE tested and approved products.

Mohammed Alameer

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Eng. Mohammed Alameer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Exeed Industries and is also a Board Member of Exeed Electronics. He joined Exeed Industries in 2015 as Group General Manager of Exeed Building Materials Industries (EBMI), where he played a crucial role in optimizing the performance of EBMI Group companies, including Exeed Precast, Exeed Litecrete, Exeed Dry Mortar, Exeed Geotextile, and Exeed Filament.

Mohammed has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence across the Exeed Group. He is leading the company’s global expansion efforts with a strategic focus on diversifying into new sectors such as healthcare, energy, and technology.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Mohammed is renowned for his expertise in managing large-scale projects and building strategic partnerships. He holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University, where he was honoured on the Dean’s Honor List.

Haitham Eskandar

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Haitham Eskandar brings a wealth of experience of over twenty years in financial transformation, organization restructuring, debt strategy, financing, auditing, financial analysis and management, external and corporate accounting, and tax from various organizations in both Canada and UAE.

Prior to joining Exeed Industries, Haitham served in finance and accounts leadership positions in multinational companies, in various industries such as real estate, investment, construction contracting, information technology, renewable energy, and professional services. These organizations include, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Linde Canada (previously known as Praxair Canada) Al Jaber Group, Lindenberg Group, and Emirates National Investment.

Haitham is a CA (Chartered Accountant) in Canada and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in USA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, specializing in Accounting/Auditing.

Suhail Al Ameri

GROUP HR DIRECTOR

With over two decades of HR leadership experience and a remarkable track record, Mr. Suhail Alameri is a distinguished figure in the field. His qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resource Management from UAE & USA Institute, a Master of Human Resource Management from Griffith University, Brisbane, QLD, Australia (2008), and a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Eastern Washington, USA (2001).

Throughout his career, Mr. Alameri has held pivotal roles at renowned organizations, including ARKAN – Abu Dhabi General Holding Co, General Secretariat of the Executive Council, Al Ain City Municipality, Zayed High Establishment, and the Ministry of Justice Abu Dhabi, UAE. His extensive experience and expertise have consistently contributed to the success of these organizations.

Mr. Alameri is celebrated for building HR functions from the ground up and leading HR teams supporting up to 3500 employees. His strategic thinking and inclusive leadership have positively influenced organizational development, enhanced the Employee Experience, and nurtured high-performing, caring cultures.

He is a transformational HR leader, delivering results and inspiring excellence.

Rami Bekdash

GROUP GENERAL COUNSEL

Rami Bekdash brings over 18 years of progressive leadership experience, through various legal roles spanning across private practice, government, and in-house. Having spent most of his professional career as in-house counsel in the UAE, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the commercial and cultural setting of the region, essential to dispensing accurate, efficient, and appropriately framed legal advice.

Rami has headed the Exeed Industries Legal Department since 2015. He is responsible for the strategic legal affairs and governance of the Exeed Industries group.

Before joining Exeed Industries, Rami was a legal advisor at National Holding group level. He also spent 4 years at the Chalhoub Group, as a corporate advisor in their Dubai headquarters office.

Rami holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Texas Southern University, in Houston; and is a USA licensed attorney. He also earned two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Government and one in Spanish, from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he holds a Business Foundations Certificate from the same university.
