Mohammad brings over 18 years of professional experience in External & Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Internal Control, Regulatory Compliance, AML, Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services, with successful track record in managing complex projects and assignments in diverse international and local industries (Investment, Real Estate Development, Contracting, Manufacturing, Food Industries, FMCG, and Oil and Gas).

In Addition to Mohammad’s role with National Holding, he also serves in multiple Committees such as Audit & Risk and Legal & compliance Committees for Bloom Holding, Emirates International Investment, Exeed Industries, Emirates Food Industries, Petromal, Baniyas Investment & Development Company, Scope Investment, and Rise International.

Mohammad holds a degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wolverhampton – UK, and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors – USA,
